So I will be bottling my first batch tomorrow and I just have a few questions...
1) When bottle conditioning what temp should you do that at?
2) Is 4 0z of corn sugar a safe amount?
 
1) Bottle condition at as close to 70F as possible. If you keep your house a little higher than that, stick your bottles in an interior closet, they are typically about 3-5F cooler than the rest of the house.

2) What style of beer did you make, and what size was the batch? The average 5.0 gallon batch will carb to an average low to mid gravity ale level with about 5.0 oz of priming sugar (corn starch).
