first time making cider.

been a brewer for a few years and just a couple months ago my wife and I started talking about hard cider. so , she picked up 3 - 1 gallon jugs of Greenwise apple juice, organic, pasteurized. i bought some cider yeast and its been going 2 weeks and i think im ready to get it bottled up. Should it have cleared up by now or will it ? i'd like to get it bottled and let it condition so we can have it on Thanksgiving weekend.

Call it a "farmhouse" style and bottle it cloudy. It'd clear on its own, but not by Thanksgiving.
