Pretty new here but figured i'd throw this up here for comments and critiques. Try to stick to the recipe and not the equipment i'm well aware of its "deficiencies".

Mr.beer Keg
1 can mr.beer hard cider
1 can mr.beer golden wheat hme
1 cup white granulated sugar
1 cup 100% Canadian maple syrup
2 bags of mulling spice (sourced from my bottle of chaucers mead) simmered f

1/2 bag of safale 0-5 yeast

also enjoyed a homebrew or two (fallen friar mr.beer recipe) which always makes brewing better.

initial tasting of the Wort(i guess you would still call it that?) is amazing!! smell is also giving me hunger pangs for apple pie!

recipe was on a whim having the supplies lying around and seeing similar things like KT's Caramel Apple Cider https://www.mrbeer.com/product-exec/product_id/179/nm/KT_s_Caramel_Apple_Cider_Archived

let me know what you guys with much more experience think as for bottling, carbing, fermenting time e.t.c....
