I must say these are the best chicken and ribs I've had!! 5 hours on the ribs and chicken thighs.Just threw them on and let them do there thing.No foil,no sauce.Just a dry rub...Mighty Mighty fine! Theres still a 10LB shoulder going for dinner!!The wireless maverick showed up just in time. Watching the temp from the couch is a bonus and worth the money!! Thanks for the help
