My son asked me to get into this hobby with him. Great way to bond. Our first batch is a BB Irish Stout. Although its not really ready yet, we decided to open a bottle 10 days after bottling it. The result was delicious. Will be leaving this set for awhile longer now to get even better.
Since then I made a honey Kolsch and a hefe by myself and this weekend my son and I made a Belgian Strawberry Blonde using a recipe found on this forum. Thanks to one and all for your assistance.

You must be doing things right! Looks like good carbonation for only 10 days in the bottle. It seems I have to wait at least three weeks for good carb levels.
