I just brewed a 1.050 Blonde Ale this past Friday and plan on brewing again this upcoming Friday...here are my questions:

What beer styles use WLP100 California Ale Yeast that have an OG above 1.050 that I can repitch into?

What do I need to do to the yeast cakes to prep them for a same-day pitch?

If my fermentation needs another day or two, can I brew the wort, chill it at fermentation temperature (approx. 67ish) for a couple of days while the other beer attenuates out (until something like Sunday)?

"Same day pitch"

Hmm you have 2 choices...just dump right on the yeast cake...or do a quick and dirty yeast wash....boil up some water overnight and let it cool or used bottled if you decide to was it....if you pitch you will need to do a blowoff tube.

Yeah, I'll use a blowoff tube regardless--- what do ya'll think about doing a Rogue's Brown Nectar Clone w/ this WLP100 Cal Ale yeast? High enough of a grav difference? (1.050 to 1.060)

Sounds good to me....It won't be an exact duplicate since it's not pacman yeast but it will taste pretty damn good, and you will get a high attenuation from the hyperactive yeast, so it will be pretty voracious, just like pacman..

You got a link to the recipe? Sounds tasty.
