Hey all, Grizz here. This is a great forum. I have been making cider since i was 18 and am now 26. We do backyard batches that are unrivaled!! Thanks to living in NH and an abundance of free true northeast cider apples. Cider apples are small, sweet, sour, tart and makes a very complex and tasty cider. So far this season we have 30 gallons going a week apart and 20 more to go! Enjoy the pics. The bottom pic is our cider at 3 weeks, ready to drink, but we will rack to secondary this week and allow 2 or 3 more weeks to clear. It already tastes insanely good as usual! No technology used in our cider making, all cheap materials and top shelf cider!
