Hey Yall...Bought me a home brew kit bout a month ago and just haven't gotten around to doing anything with it. Well tonight I changed all that. I live in Dallas, TX and went to home brew headquarters. Great little store, not sure how but I picked Coopers mexican Cerveza as my first brew. I went ahead and did the deed toinght and am hoping for some fermentation bubbles in the morning. Been doing a ton of research on the forum/ youtube/ google... I really hope it turns out well.

Welcome. I've done a few coopers kits myself ( not that one in particular) and they really are simple quality kits. The dark ale is one of my favorites.
