I'm doing my first partial mash. 6lbs wheat dme, 1pound 20l caramel and a thing of hops that start with a H (threw away the package already.) Anyways it's supposed to be a hefe and I'm 30 min into my 60 min boil. Just doing the 60 min boil of the hops. Anyways, the hops are pellets and I'm getting a green moss around the pot. I've been just scraping it and sticking it back in. Should I be doing that or no since it's supposed to be a very lightly hopped beer anyways should I just let them boil out?
