I just put my first keg of beer into my keezer. I've done about a dozen batches in bottles and this is my first keg. I used geletan for the first time and the result was very clear beer going into my keg. I used a modified forced carb method that should put me at full carb this weekend. After 30 mins of gentle rocking at my desired pressure I have what seems like reasonably carbed beer. It could use a bit more but it is good as is. And the beer tastes great! It is my almost IPA recipe... I call it A-HOPalipse Now. It's hoppy but ferments and cleans up fast so you can have it now!
Just feeling happy about it. I've been soooo itching to get into kegging. A lot of the advice I have read on this site has helped. Thanks!
