I received a beer kit at christmas and figured it was time to get back into brewing, this time I wanted to try full grain brewing but first was to get away from bottling. I read several postings on kegerators before I found out about keezers, I was hooked. The thought of having several different beers on tap was very appealing to me so I did some research on different types of builds and came up with one I liked. The coffin style was what I liked but did not like having to lift the entire lid just to get access to the kegs so I split the lid into three sections. The freezer is controlled by a digital temperature controller I picked up off Amazon for about 12.00, added LED lighting and the final product looks not bad. Total build cost just for the keezer was under 250.00, yes it was a used freezer for 50 bucks. The kegs cost more but I now have three kegs and room for one more.
