Love Citra hops. Love love love.

The recipe is:

1 lb Caramel 40L (steeped)
9.15 lb Gold LME
1 oz Centennial @ 60m
1 oz Centennial @ 20m
2 oz Centennial @ 5m
1 oz Centennial @ dry hop
Safale US-05

I want to add an oz or two of Citra - would it be good to put them at 15 and 10? 10 and flameout? Would I need to remove some Centennial?

I'd definately add them late. and if you like your ipas real hoppy then just throw them in on top of the centennial

It wont be a THA if you add Citra. If you are going for a beer that tastes similar to THA leave the citra out and add another oz of Centennial in the dryhop.

I second what jester just said. Add the Citra and leave all the Centennials.

I'd add 1 oz Citra @ 5 min and 1 oz in the dry hop.
