I've been away from brewing for several years. I decided to get back into it. So I messed around with extract brewing for five or six attempts before going back to all grain brewing. This was my first Attempt at an all grain in seven or eight years. I decided to make a blonde ale because it's pretty simple and hard to mess up. Used about 9 pounds of 2 row pound a wheat and a pound of Cara pill. Built a simple cooler mash ton out of a rectangle cooler. Mashed for 70 minutes at 154 and boil for 60. So far so good we'll see how it turns out. My old Studebaker is keeping watch...
