For some reason I have an assload more beer than I planned on, now I will never I complain of having too much beer but I only bought 48 bottles(rookie move I know know). Now I'm just wondering where to put it, it is already primed in the bottling bucket. Can I just seal it up and run to I the store tomorrow or will I lose my priming window?

Well, it'll start to carbonate so you better get to drinking. No lie.

You run the risk of basically oxidizing the beer. You can put an airlock on it and go, add a little (very little) more priming sugar tomorrow or just bottle and set those aside. I for one would drink it flat. It's not horrible.

Sanitize some plastic soda bottles and bottle like normal. Just protect them from light to prevent skunking.

was gonna suggest this. Works in a pinch, as long as you succumb to the task of drinking all 2 liters fairly quickly before it goes flat....tough job but someone has to do it!
