I don't know what I did but all my brews have been coming out a little winey and as soon as I started trying to make my own recipes things have been lookin up.. I got a Sierra Nevada ruthless and two homebrews poored out in front of me and i cant decide which one to drink so I've been sippin on all three is that a bad thing? They're just so good.. Both are apa's not brewed with rye.. I thiink I'm headed in the right direction finally... Thanx to some of y'all that have commented on my posts thanx!
