First Clone

I just brewed my first clone of 60 min ipa and i am hopeful and excited. Does anyone have any suggestions on keeping the DME from clumping. I got it all broke up and blended but it was sort of a bear.

Stir vigorously while adding slowly. That's the best way, and even so, it'll clump a little bit. Just keep stirring, or if your hands get tired, break out an egg beater on a low speed and use that.

a wire whisk works pretty well. Mix it in a bowl with some warmish water and stir it there.
