First Brew - Bavarian Dunkel

For my very first brew, I decided to brew NB's Bavarian Dunkel Lager kit. I brewed this and started lagering at the end of July. It finished conditioning last week, and I have been enjoying it ever since! It turned out great for my first brew; just wanted to throw words of encouragement to anyone else really new thinking about jumping on the brewing wagon. It's fun, easy, and AWESOME!
