I am competing in my first contest of the year this weekend with my BBQ team. We are cooking the KCBS contest in Pueblo, CO. I will try to get some pictures of the meat as we pull it out of the cookers and when we get it ready for turn ins. Chicken, ribs, pork shoulder and brisket. I also have six beers entered in the homebrew competition. Gonna be a good time.
