about a week ago i transferred my first batch (a heff from fermentation solutions in campbell) into bottles. they sat for about a week, so i decided i'd pop one open and give it a taste and see if it was carbonating properly. i was really satisfied with the results, with one small concern; my beer didn't have a lot of head. is that because it has only been in the bottles for a week and isn't done carbonating?
other than that i'm pretty satisfied though. this was my very first homebrew and i really enjoyed the taste.
