Hello, everyone!
This Friday I will be making an assortment of purchases (payday!) that will culminate with me brewing my first all-grain batch of American IPA (Bell's Two Hearted clone) sometime next week. Hoooray! In the meantime, I've been scouring the internet and trying to decide on: 1. my final recipe and 2. the equipment + grains I need. I wanted to run this by the forum and get everyone's two cents!

The Recipe
My recipe is a mashup of a few different Bell's Two Hearted recipes I've come across online. I've based my decisions on recipes + comments they received. For those of you with experience brewing cloned Bell's or IPA's, please have a look at my recipe and tell me what you think, because as of now I plan to go forward with this...

The Gear:
On Friday I was planning on purchasing the following gear: a pair of 10 gallon converted Igloo cooler Mash Tun with false bottom & HLT with the add-on sparge arm + tubing (link)
Wanted to get everyone's opinion on this. I'm also thinking about picking up:
- Carboy Cleaner (link) w/ drill
- A second carboy (6 gallons)
- Tincture of iodine
With the gear I have at home, this should be enough for me to brew my first all-grain batch (I hope). Just wanted to run this by the forum.
Thanks! :rockin:
