Well first all grain day went pretty smooth, I did northern brewers cream ale. I will know more in about a month. So far the hardest part was getting a water tight fitting on my mash tun. After that the rest was not too bad. I sparged too much so I just boiled at a higher rate and came right down to the proper amount. Oh by the way I was so worried about screwing up that I didn't have a home brew till I got to the 60 min boil. I have done enough extract brews that I felt ok after that stage.

Congrats. I remember feeling the same on my first all grain. You will eventually feel as comfortable with the mash as you do with the boil.
