:ban:Ok, I've got several extract brews under my belt and now have the equipment (10gal cooler conversion with false bottom, 9gal kettle, barley crusher etc.) to do my first all grain batch. I am doing it outside with a turkey fryer burner. (that sounded dirty!)
Please look over this recipe and let me know if it should work. Any tips would be appreciated.

done a couple ag's now, if the only thing that effected the beer was your starting recipe.....life would be easy!!!! :)

You may want to drop your efficiency down a bit--say 65% or so? It is your first AG after all. That is what people have suggested to me and I haven't done my first AG yet.

I also would raise the sparge temp to at least 180. My efficiency on the first try was less than 75% but then you have a Barley Crusher and I was using the LBS crush.

This recipe looks oddly familiar, it is just missing some coriander and orange peel and dry hopped with more cascades.

But at any rate this should be a great beer, but I love Cascades so don't take my word for anything.
