Hey guys, Thought I would post that I have brewed up a DBA clone and blended it with a mission street pale ale (per instructions from the CYBI episode) and have successfully cloned the pale 31. We did 3 blind tastings and nobody could tell the difference between the commercial example and mine. It is amazing. I love this beer. has anyone else tried to do this yet?
