So after 135 days of "conditioning", I had two one gal batches and one finally came out good. Good enough so that my bud light lime wife didn't give this one "beer face" and actually liked it. I had kept forgetting about them because they were bottled and sitting out of the way. I decided to try the last two bottles of each tonight. To my surprise, one was actually good so I figured I would share the recipe to see if anyone had something similar. I plan to do a 5 gal batch at some point.
Lesson learned here is to take my time. I keep wondering why my lagers have off flavor....not anymore
