For filtration how many "Microns" in size you recommend to remove
grain sediments and hops sediments?

What I would recommend for a home brewer is not to filter your final product.

Brewing Science and Practice has a short chapter on filtration that you could look at. Filtration is done sterile and must be done with no O2 uptake, a bucket filter won't work.

.....unless you are asking about false bottoms or BIAB bags or something.
