Filling 1 gallon wine jugs with kegged beer

I just secured a good deal on some 1 gallon wine jugs and was wondering if I could fill them with beer off my tap to transport? I don't plan on priming in them just to bring to a friends house. Thanks

They aren't designed to hold pressure, unfortunately. They may or may not blow up when you transport them.
