All-grain brew OG 1.088 gravity after primary 1.061 FG 1.033 used o5 trub yeast What do i need to change to get my FG down to 1.015 ferment temp 68f

Did you take multiple readings over a couple days to arrive at that FG? If you repitched trub yeast, viability and cell count could have been very low based on how old it was -- this could mean a very slow fermentation and you might have just pulled it from primary too soon. There's always re-pitching and hoping they take off i suppose.

Yes multiple, When i dry hopped 3 days later and on the 7th day no movement. In the primary it worked great blew my bubblier out. Was in primary 7 days. A couple of my beers have done this. it must be not enough yeast. I have also used dry yeast safale05 one per 5gals. I do not hydrate. I have obtained OG of 1.015 with this method. Think i should start hydrating or pitching maybe a pack and half per 5 gals? Thanks for the quick response.

Hydrating will reduce the lag time when you pitch but won't create further attenuation. You certainly could pitch more dry yeast, or, best of both worlds- use a starter. That willget the yeast kicking and conditioned to nomming on wort. It's also possible you just have a large amount of non fermentables in the wort but 33 is really high.
