Alright I'm back, I never thought about it but now. I'm not sure if I know at what temperature to ferment the mead, I keep it on the ground floor of my house which averages about 65 deg all the time, a little warmer a little cooler, I was wondering if I shoud put it downstairs for the second half of fermentation of if it would shock the mead to put it in a cooler place.

Please let me know, Thanks

Moonlight uses the Narbonne and reportedly ferments at 62F. I heard Ken Schramm goes slightly higher with the same yeast, but it was either 65 or 68F. So you're in the right range as long as the temp of the ferment doesn't outperform it's ambient as most strong fermentations do.
