Hi, I am currently using a 7 cubic sqft chest freezer with a thermocoupler to keep at 64 degrees for fermenting about 26-30 gallons. the freezer is currently lined with a 6 mil plastic. However, I have enough copper sheets form a beautiful copper lined chest freezer. I hear from some that this may not be a good idea. However, others believe it will be fine. Do I need to be concerned about effects on the beer or adverse health effects? thanks.
