Hi,

I'm brewing a West Coast IPA kit from festa brew and the ambiant temperature is 20C. It started to make bubbles 24 hours after putting the yeast in the wort. so it's really bubbling a lot since 5 days now and it's still really active. I'm in a glass carboy, only one fermenter. it's like Sprite!

Have you ever had long active fermentation like this in the past?

Thanks,

MA
