It's it's been two weeks, it's most likely done. Take a gravity reading and see where you are at. You can do this 3 days in row and f the FG doesn't change, then you can be sure it's completed
My main piece of advice would be to give it another week or two and then check the gravity.
Natdavis is correct that your beer is likely done... but it might not be and time can't hurt it. Yeast are still working on your beer after they have eaten the sugars and made the alcohol.
When I first started and was just dumping dry yeast packs in wort of questionable temperature and fermenting at whatever temp the closet was... my beer was a lot better if I left it alone for three or four weeks.
I was worried the temp was too low, it was 28-30 the first night then i lowered it to 22-24 amd its slowly risen again to now about the26 mark, was worried i lowered it too soon and its made everyrhing lay dormant
