Favorite Summer Mead Suggestions?

Hey guys! First off, thanks for being such a helpful community where I can find answers to pretty much any question I've had so far.

My question today is this: Do any of you have any favorite summer-ish Mead/Melomel recipes you'd recommend? I'm looking to start a 1 gallon this week to be ready to bottle around early to mid-summer. Trying to get in the summer spirit early, seeing how its -8 degrees here today. Thanks!
