So I am new to brewing and I haven't done all grain yet but I do visit my local brewery a lot. They have an very good Wee Heavy but they make a second beer with a run off from the left over grain. It obviously doesn't have as high of an alcohol content obviously but it is definitely refreshing.I was just wondering if anybody else has a favorite one

I have been meaning to look more into this now that I have started all grain brewing. Sure would be nice to make a nice heavy beer and a lighter beer with the same grains
Make a APA from an American BW, and a Dry Stout from a RIS. I recommend that you look into the term Capping a bit, and be sure to watch your run-off gravity. You can also check out the latest Zymurgy for a sure fire article on Parti-gyle.
