Hello all! My names Ben and i'm the son mentioned in the title of the post!. It's awesome that there is a community out there where people can get together and share their beer creations! My father's name is John and we are somewhat new to home brewing. So far, we have brewed a American pale ale and a "Brewers Best" American amber ale. The beer has turned out amazing. We let both separate batches the beer ferment in the primary for about a week, and then switched to the secondary carboy and let it ferment for three weeks. We bottled, chilled and waited another week. The pale ale wasn't carbonated very well when we tried it, so we let the pale ale sit in a dark, un chilled area for one more week. This fixed our carbonation problem and now our beer taste amazing. We didn't have any problems with our amber ale though. We are from a little town called South Lebanon, Ohio. Not too far from Cinncinnati. We would love to ship out our beer to people who are interested in trying some. Basically, i'm looking for a beer exchange, that would be interesting. Some of our beer, for some of your beer? This might be some what of a "noob" post and might belong in a different part of the forums or off topic, but I just wanted to say hello to everyone and see how everyone's home brew is going. Either just beginning, or an expert, lets talk some home brew! Thanks!
PS: If you are interesting in a beer exchange and are willing to ship your ale out in return for some of our ale, message me or reply in a comment below!
