I was trying out a newly constructed mash tun with this one, so my efficiency was out and I had to add the DME.
It's a very hoppy flavour at the moment, not much malt showing through but I think it'll smooth out and the flavours should blend well. Got an aftertaste that I can't quite pin down. May be due to the high ferment. Going to aim for 22C next time.
Got some friends who are going to do a tasting in a few weeks, so I'll post their thoughts up too. It's still too fresh in the bottle to get a proper rating, but currently I have it at about 30-32/50
