Want to sterilize some bottles as I'm making some sauce. Just wondering if I can put my bottling rack in the oven up to 120c. Has anyone done it??

I think you would end up with bottles stuck in a puddle of plastic. I use boiling water bath to prepare jars for sauces. My go to source of information for pressure canning or hot water bath canning is the National Center for Home Food Preservation.
