so after one week in the bottles i couldn't resist poping one open to check the progression so i did and guess what i see when i pour it in the glass...... carbed beer im talking bubbles coming from out of suspension ... it did have a fast ferment too this is weird why did it work this well the mistakes i made should have killed it? i pitched the yeast at 85 degrees... lager yeast at that and fermented at 68 degrees

Sure, there will be bubbles. But wait a week, 2 weeks, and the head will last longer and be more stable.
