Anyone opened a B1 lately? First one I opened was probably the best saison I've ever had and got me hooked on Fantome, but a couple months later it seemed like the magic had faded a bit.
I only have one bottle left of each batch so I'm debating whether to open them soon based on recent favorable B2 reviews...

I gotchu boy.

Had the tonton robert last night.

I tip my hat to whomever called it Dany's version of a tripel. It has a very cleanly defined yeastiness with slight bitter contrast and a little warming alcohol. Pretty good but missing that tome twist. Will tuck my other bottle away for long term storage in the hopes that the normalcy of it fades and the ghost comes out to party.

I tried my first bottle of Dark White over the Christmas break, and it was turrrrrrrrrribble.

So I was a little down on Fantome. Decided to open a Hiver tonight.

Absolutely fantastic, easily the best Hiver I've had and maybe the best 'tome I've tried. Basically gonna head out tomorrow and clear out some shelves if need be.

Blanche. Aroma is getting weird and a bit solventy. Grapefruit/weed is how I remember it early on. Then lime and ginger. Now lime and a bit harsh.

Taste has become 100% pineapple juice. If you gave me this and said it was fizzy pineapple I wouldn't think twice. Incredible and weird in the best way.

Its been ~6 months since I last opened a bottle of batch 2 tous les d'lapes or whatever that brazil soccer beer devil thing is.

Batch 1 was so incredible with lime zest, tartness and brett. Batch 2 when I last had it was explosively carbonated, green, yeasty and bitter. Overall just not a good beer. I cannot believe the transformation this has gone through....

I put it in my super cold garage fridge for 24 hours and opened it with no gushing. This thing is marvelous with lemon and lime, grapefruit and brett.

Hey guys, don't Tome Tuesday without me. Nose is bursting with strawberry, lime, candi sugar and that funk. Taste follows suit with most of the same flavors with a sharp sweetness up front and a bit of musty basement near the end. Interested to see what time does to this.

Has Etre been moving slow lately? I put in a 'Tome order over a week ago, and haven't heard a peep about any tracking #. Usually they are on it within a couple of days.

I had a box in Dec and a box in Jan and both went out 3-4 days after paying the shipping.

What has been moving super slow lately is BPost. December box was three and a half weeks. January box just over 4 weeks. Ouch.

I had never heard of this until I opened the menu and saw it on draft
