No way....seeing Krumrie's leg flopping was WAY worse IMHO.

I didn't see Seau's flopping. It was just bent really weird. You knew it wasn't good.

Theesman was the worst of those 3, but the worst I've ever seen is Jason Kendall's. He was running to first base and stepped on the bag wrong and broke the leg right above the ankle. He was essentially running for a few steps on the stub of his leg bone as his ankle was turned 90 degrees. That was disgusting. On my scrotumshinkometer, that was pegged into the abyss. My nuts were in my throat on that one.
OK. You guys have pegged my scrotumshinkometer just talking about these injuries. I was watching MNF when Joe Theisman broke his leg. That is the worst injury I've ever seen. I don't want to ever see the video of that again. I remember Lawrence Taylor waving the medical staff from the Red Skins over and you could tell by the look on his face that he was extremely upset.

I just added scrotumshinkometer to my dictionary. :ban:

Seau'll be back, mark my words. Maybe not before the playoffs, but as soon as they'll let him, he'll be out there with a big-ass cast/club on his arm. No way he lets his career end like this, no way.

EDIT: I'm an idiot, they just placed him on IR....

I never saw Kendall's, but you remind me of when Geoff Jenkins dislocated his ankle sliding into third. That was at 90 deg, too, and the amazing thing was that he never broke a bone. My nuts were so far up my throat there, I was spitting out my own pubes. BTW guys, thanks for the grins. The scrotumshrinkometer
had me laughing so hard I almost sh!t myself. Scuse me while I go change my shorts........:mug:

Too bad you misspelled it. :D

Anyway, I was thinking that scrotalshrinkometer has a nicer ring to it.

Don't forget to change your avatar! And sig!

Something sufficiently subservent. Like "Boy, even with only one arm, Junior Seau could kick Brian Urlaucher's ass!"

I don't think I ever made that part of the bet. Just beer.

Funniest thing I heard today:

"Brett Favre's accuracy may be affected by his arm injury."

Now that is just about right for me!
I actually cut and pasted it and didn't check it all that close. Now what am I going to do. I'll constantly be misspelling it! ;)

Didn't know Barnett busted his hand. He out for the season? I've kind of wanted to see Hodge out there anyways to see how he does.

Interception!!!

Hasselback, -6 points. ****in' nice.

I signed off but had to come back just to see your response. It needs to start raining instead of snowing for the seahawks...

I need that f*cker to get his head out of his ass, too. Bird you gotta win, Dammit! Although I want the Pack to win, too........I need a shootout, and that ain't gonna happen tonight.

I have no great love for the Hawks, so I'm cool with that. All I need is a couple TDs, and Seattle can give up 85 points for all I care. As long as Ahman Green doesn't score too many; I need D'Bricks to hold up against the Jews, so I can stay in first place...

Speaking of stuff breaking and football (okay, not real football, but that's what they call it) did anybody ever see Henrik Larsson (Swedish player) break his leg?

Amazingly he did come back and play some more.

I went looking for video of Krumrie's leg break because my wife has me convinced that I don't remember it being as bad as it really was.

I can't find it (the wikipedia has a link to it on youtube, but the nfl has had the video taken down due to copyright issues). However, my search has turned up some gruesome things on youtube.

For your enjoyment:

Theismann:
Larsson (Soccer):
Gymnastics:
Kick Boxing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DbL-VEAj9pE&search=emc ankle injury pain
A Montage of pain:

That's all the searching I can stomach right now. I hope you enjoy these clips. I'm going to have to recalibrate my scrotalshrinkometer now.

edit: BeeGee beat me to the Larsson video.

AIGH!

Alright, Baron's now on the list, right next to Cheesefood, of people whose video clips I should *NEVER* click on.

Well... then my previous post should see my name added to the list for sure.
