I will veto the trade if you post scoring updates periodically throughout the day.

I'm an idiot, please help me out.

Walker submitted a bogus trade to me, and I posted an FU message to him, but I accidentally hit submit on the button instead of reject. Do me a favor and vote against it?

I'm assuming Walker meant it as a joke, but my retarded ass screwed it up.

I know the trade's a joke, Rudi Johnson can't carry Kitna's jockstrap.

Walker, you get some more homebrew in the mail, I *won't* vote against the trade... :D

But Kitna is really good! You should take him.

Hell, I'd rather have Kitna this weekend than Joey Harrington...

The trade luckily won't happen until next week--if you ****ers end up lettign it happen.... :)

But I hear ya bird, I have to start Harrington in one of my leagues today too. It was either him or Alex Smith against a pretty good San Diego defense. Nahhhh....

Boston and Db...consider the updates done. :D

just reading this thread. I was wondering WTF you were doing when you submitted the trade for review.

If it ends up going through, I'll trade you back. Cross my heart.

BTW: Kitna is smoking Palmer in terms of stats. I've been torn about whether to start him or not.

With the exception of one week, Pennington's been beating the crap out of Matt Hasselback all season. Of course, the one week I *have* to start Pennington, he turns in a glorious -5 (71 yards, three picks, four sacks, something like that).

Now, if Palmer would just get Chad Johnson the damn ball... :D

I swore that Chad Johnson was one of the SURE things this season. I move him up on my draft board to make sure I got him, and was stoked when I did. But yeah, nada, really. Fitzgerald hasn't done all that much for me, either. My three "studs" are all just kinda OK this year, I've been lucky as f*ck all season. I have a bad feeling I'm about to turn in a 0-5 streak...

I'd be as pleased as punch to get that streak off to a rip-roarin' start!:rockin:

Edit: I doubt it will happen though- My roster is full of Band-Aids cuz all my good starters have byes......

The Miami game's gonna be fun; you've got Chambers, I've got Welker. Every time Harrington drops back, I'm going to be holding my breath until I see who he's throwing to.

Man, I've got two street free agent wideouts starting for me (Welker and Eric Parker) because of injuries and byes, and I'm starting my least-favorite player on the team (Kevin Jones). The one thing I have going for me, I think, is matchups:

Hasselback against St. Louis
Welker vs. the J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS
Eric Parker vs. San Fran
Jason Elam kicking against Oakland

Hopefully, Damon Huard will start plaing like Damon Huard again, and Pitt can get me some points on D.

Should be a good matchup, though.

WHERE ARE THE ATHLETIC JEWS?

(God, that's a question I feel uncomfortable asking... no, really, I'm not an anti-semite)

Not starting a RB this week? Scrotum Puppies look like they could be due for an upset victory... 61 projected points to 45...

Chicago versus Arizona? That's probably not a bad assumption. If there's any silver lining to Fitzgerald getting hurt, it happened the week before playing Chi-town (keeping me from having to decide whether to bench my best WR).

YEAH - MY *BEST* WIDE RECEIVER. There, Chad Johnson, I said it - now, go prove me wrong, buddy!

Dude, my guys are on BYE- i had to scramble for the best one possible. You will notice I've started Marcus Anderson, who is sure to go for a billion yards. I posted a while back askiung for a trade- no luck.

Well, didn't really need NO's defense... :D

There aren't a lot of free agent RBs out there. I was looking this morning for someone I could start instead of either of my WR pickups. DeAngello Williams is hurt (and would be playing the Ravens). Morency's on bye (and probably won't get a lot of touches, anyway). Corell Buckhalter, but I think Westbrook is going to play this week. There really ain't much out there.

Kevin Faulk's probably the best FA RB out there, just because they use him so much in the passing game, but the Pats are on bye this week.

We need fewer teams next year... either that, or we get to draft CFL players.

FNA.

Kevin Jones busted off a 52-yarded. Maybe he WILL do OK for me today. Hell, the one time I did start him this week, he got in the end zone twice.

here are the first set of scores.
