These kegs are laser welded by an ISO-certified commercial keg manufacturer, so you won't find any nooks or crannies for contaminants to hide.​

I've considered going the one keg route before, I usually end up with 12-13 gallons in the fermenter and just drink enough out of it before I keg so I don't have to fill a third keg part way.

I brew anywhere from 6.5-13 gallons per batch.

Average brew size is ~12G. Range is 6 - 17. I always brew more than goes into the keg to account for losses whether its from trub left behind in the kettle to losses from dumping yeast from the conical!
