My surprise brewery was The North Brewing. God Complex was the highlight of the night for me. It's a 9% Stout brewed with Coffee, Hazelnut, and Sorrano peppers. ******* amazing. They had another one called French Kiss which is a Brown Ale brewed with french toast. That was also fantastic. went for multiple pours of both.

CBC was just killer. Cerise Cassee and You enjoy my Stout with coconut was amazing which was on cask. You can see coconut flakes floating in the cup.

Jackie O's Dark Apparition with nuts was phenomenal. Thick mouthfeel. Will be seeking their beers for sure.

Dissapointed with Antead with coconut. Sweetness from the barrel and the coconut was actually coconut water and even those flavors were subtle. and Mexican Brunch was good, but overhyped in my opinion. Cinnamon, vanilla and Coffee. Decent heat with a weird sweetness from the maple.

Had too many to post, but those were a big deal to my palate.

Also, Hexotic from Two Roads is fantastic. Their sour program has been very cool. Extremely surprise, because most of their beers aren't that great.

The North is about an hour (ironically) south of me. Good to hear you enjoyed. Only
makes me want to stop in more. They bottle most beers but tiny runs and sell out that day. The usually release on Fridays which is less than convienient for me.

I heard dude. Really cool people. I was told they brew one barrel batches and that they are already working on getting a 10 barrel system. Looking forward for more of their offerings and a bottle of that God Complex. I need more in my life. Good thing I have family in Ithaca.

Anyone else try Free Will? Their stuff is on point.

Way Down Yonder from Upland was my favorite from the fest.
