Rainy Day IPA (2 gallons)
OG: 1.060
FG: 1.017
IBU: 78
ABV: 5.7%

Steeping Grains: 6.6 oz CaraMunichIII (11.1%)

Fermentables: 3.3 lbs Munich LME (88.9%)

Yeast: 1 pack Safale-US 05

Hop Schedule:
.2 oz Columbus (15.6) @ 60
.3 oz Centennial (9.0) @ 60
.2 oz Amarillo (8.2) @ 15
.4 oz Centennial (9.0) @ 15
.2 oz Cascade (6.3) @ 5
.2 oz Amarillo (8.2) @ 5
.5 oz Ahtanum (4.4) @ 0

Would also like to dry hop this...open to suggestions and critique. Again, thanks for looking.
 
Too much Munich is no bueno for an American IPA.

Revisions:

(2 gallons) <---- Try to brew more if you can; 2 gallons is gone in no time.

OG: 1.060-1.062
FG: 1.014-1.015 (with proper attentutation, yeast health, processes, etc... this shouldn't be an issue)

Steeping Grains (pick one):

American Crystal/Caramel 10, 20, 30, or 40 (3-5%)

Fermentables:

Enough Extra Light or Light DME to hit your target gravity

Hop Schedule:

40-50 IBUs Columbus at 60 min (full rolling boil start)
Remaining hops by weight for a 10 minute addition
25-40% total hops by weight = Post-boil Hopstand
40-50% total hops by weight = 5 day Dryhop

Yeast:

1 packet Safale-US 05
