Experience on 90 degree keg coupler elbow vs elbow tailpiece?

My mini fridge kegerator has limited vertical height. In the past, I've used low-profile couplers, but I made some adjustments and can use a regular size coupler with either a 90 degree coupler elbow, or an elbow tailpiece.

Anyone have any experience that would lead to one choice vs the other? TIA

Since I made my kegerator, I had the same issue. I got the 90 degree elbow with mfl tailpiece so I can swap between ball lock and sankey D tap.
