Hello folks.
As you all have much more experience than I in tasting wide varieties of beer, I seek your advice on a rough recipe.
Basically along with a few others I'm going to be holding a photographic exhibition and we decided HELL, why not add some character to the event and brew a beer for it.
I'm looking for any ideas on a nice, light extract brew that isn't too heavy on the guests, between 3-3.5% ABV (don't wan't any DUIers)
I'm looking at quite a few recipes right now, but I ask because I'm sure something special and fit for the event will pop into your minds!
Thanks!
