Essays, Articles or Videos on Drinking Bottle Conditioned Beers?

Hi, I'm looking for recommendations on any essays, articles or videos that I might share with some non-brewing friends promoting the advantages of drinking bottle conditioned beers (either commercial or handmade). Interestingly, my old friend Mr. Google is of limited help, so thought I asked around here. Thanks!

Good, that and the pouring to the shoulder video in the post I linked are really the only things I've ever stumbled upon.
