Equipment Suggestion

I am looking at brewing 2.5g batches with Deathbrewers BIAB AG method. I live in a condo so want to keep stuff as small as I can. What would be the smallest brew pots and fermenters I could use and still manage to do this? Thanks for any help. Cheers.

I use a 3 gallon cooler, a 30 qt turkey pot and a 3 gallon glass carboy to do small batches. The pot could be smaller I suppose, but not much due to boil over possibilities.

Is there enough headspace to ferment 2.5g in 3g carboy?
