Hi guys,
After brewing a nice partial mash IPA I want to have another one before going to BIAB and later to all grain.
So my next project is to brew Elvis Juice clone (Brewdog).
I brew on the top stove so I am limited in terms of boiling volume - aprox 12L. (my pot capacity is 24L)
The original recipe is all grain and I did some calculations to convert into partial mash
I am wondering if my conversion is correct and any drinkable beer may come out of it.
You can find all the modifications in "notes" section. ( I am also concerned about IBU which is very low compared to 60 of brewdog receipt)
