I just ordered a cool brew bag for a lager I plan to brew in the upcoming month and plan to ferment between 50 and 55 degrees. To monitor the temp of the beer I want to attach a "stick" on thermometer of the glass carboy and run the cord outside the back so that I can monitor the temp without opening the bag. Anyone have any suggestions for a GOOD stick on thermometer?
On a side note I hope the weather stays cold enough here in the Midwest in February for I can complete the lager process as I want to stick the fermenter into the garage for the lagering process. If it gets to warm I might be shoving allot of frozen 2 liter bottles into my "cool brew bag" lol.
