100% Electric homebrew system. 2 5500w 240v heating elements run off of a pid/ssr. All 3 keggles have ss ball valves and plasma cut with no sharp edges. Left keggle is the mash tun with ss reinforced braided line for sparging. Middle is the hlt with heating element and thermocouple. Right is boil kettle with just an element. Less than 4 hour brew day for 11 gallon batch.

Included is the stand, 3 keggles, electric control panel, 110v chugger pump, 40 plate chiller and silicone lines with cam locks.

Also has mounts under keggles for converting to propane or gas.

How long does it take the HLT to heat the water? Is there much of a temp loss on the transfer to the mash tun?

For a double batch with about 10 gallons of strike water it takes about 30 min to reach dough in temp. A little faster if you use the pump to recirculate while heating. About 3-5 degree drop in temp while pumping to mash tun.
